Review of Quantum of Solace (2008) by Russell S — 23 Aug 2017
I enjoyed this movie even if it was the Bourne Quantum of Solace. It starts with a bang and ends with one. I like the hard coreness but at the same time I miss the campiness (Q, the gadgets). Daniel Craig is at the top of his game.
The plot was a little (a lot for me actually) hard to follow. The main villian was a little weak. I didn't like the fight he had with Bond. Bond should have been able to take him down in seconds. A great action film? Yes.
A great Bond film? Eh.
