Review of Quantum of Solace (2008) by Zed L — 16 Mar 2013

Yeah it has a pretty simple and boring ending, but before that it's pretty fantastic. I guess my only other major complaints are Wright almost seems to be playing a different part than who he was in 'Casino,' and the lead bad guy here is more of a snake than a full blown bad guy.

But the Bond girls are both great, but I do wish more screen time was allowed to Gemma. But Olga was a great character. Many of the surviviors return to either die and assist Bond here and while she died, Vesper is pretty much a huge recurring theme in this film.

The boat and airplane chases are pretty awesome, and in turn the burning house seems like a let down in the end because of it. But overall a very solid follow up.
