It was nice to see all the Disney Cameos and all the different apps that we use throughout our lives. It was a nice emotional side to it and some positive messages about friendship. If Fix-It-Felix is your favorite character well that's tough because there is very little of him in this movie.
This is not better than the first one, but they aren't far apart in how good they are. Great movie. should go see it.
