Review of Ratchet & Clank (2016) by Anonymous- — 02 May 2016
I love how half of the 29 (or more) negative reviews rave it on as if it was a "generic kiddy show" when they have OBVIOUSLY never played Ratchet & Clank before. Or they're likely to be insecure parents who have never heard a thing called "video games" before.
Its seriously appalling, and you guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves because you think a video game doesn't belong in movies. Well, Wreck-It Ralph was a MOVIE based on VIDEO GAMES and it was a huge hit.
Of course, you would-be critics (with negative ones) are too narrow minded when it comes to video games being in movies. You have to give them AT LEAST a chance to do so, otherwise you're making yourselves look like fools.
Now, as for the movie itself, long-story short, its a pretty good movie, even though some of the plotlines were off and that the casts are different than the original ones. Still, there were memorable easter eggs related to Playstation and such, so all in all, this gets a solid B.
If you so-called critics will take your time to reconsider this and not call this just a "typical kiddie movie", then we'll all be happy. It doesn't HAVE to have perfect storylines; its strongly based on a VIDEO GAME FRANCHISE.
If you still don't get it, then you're not a gamer; just a bunch of brown-nosers who wastes their time giving us long-time gamers a bad name.
