Review of Ravenous (1999) by Rolf K — 23 Nov 2007
A beautifully crafted film not to be seen by the squeamish. Everything from script to scenery, casting and music is spot on. How's about a movie set in the 1940:s featuring cannibalism and music by the odd pairing of Michael Nyman and Damon Albarn.
I dislike recommending movies but I feel this is the kind of movies that deserves recomendations, it's seminarrow and easily overlooked when scanning the shelves at the local videostore. It is however worth at least one viewing, preferably more.
