If the first half had tapered into a better more interesting script this could have been good, but unfortunately it didn't despite a good cast of actors, shame. Robert De Niro is obviously one of the greatest id'e love to know what he's doing choosing to be part of so many bad movies now.
.hopefully his next project with martin scorsese will relight his spark.
