Review of Rememory (2017) by Dan H — 19 Sep 2017
Lame! Peter Dinklage is fantastic, and the memory machine and basic plot are really cool....unfortunately, the film is more about dealing with guilt, grief and remorse. The resolution is very unsatisfying as well.
The film is one of the last roles of Anton Yelchin, unfortunately he is saddled with some bad material and essentially plays a disturbed person (Complete with big, wide eyes and disheveled hair). I always enjoy me a good modern Noir, but Rememory is not really all that good in the end.
Such squandered potential, how frustrating.
