Review of Revolutionary Road (2008) by Tonyt — 24 Jan 2009
I find myself in the unique position of having watched a movie that was beautifully acted, deirected, and shot, and absolutely hating it. Why did anyone feel that this grim, proudly sad movie that trumpeted the hopelessness of the 50s housewife needed to be made? I would rather go see drivel like Inkheart.
At least then I wouldn't leave the theater feeling just as empty as these people did.
