Review of RRR (2022) by Skinnyglassesm — 11 Aug 2022
I always say that with movies or shows you’ve got to focus on three factors. Interesting characters, interesting story or plot, and interesting scenes or sequences. You can have interesting characters and a simple plot and still have a good movie.
You can have boring characters and interesting plot and still have a good movie. But interesting scenes and sequences, like a really good fight scene isn’t enough. RRR captures both interesting characters and interesting sequences and scenes.
The fight scenes are intense and have weight to them due to well made characters who feel fleshed out and full of reason and purpose…you will care about these characters. The production value is felt and seen here.
You can pause at almost any moment and see a worth screen shot or walllpaper. It’s a beautiful movie for all the bloodshed you will witness and violence. It’s also violent but not too gory which is nice mix.
