Review of Rubber (1936) by Corpse M — 28 Aug 2011
The movie is byond bizarre and in my opion too heavily relies on the concept of " no reason". I would have been fine with maybe the tire coming alive for no reason but they go one step further and it seems as though every single thing that happens in the movie happens for no reason.
They rape the concept. At the same time though this is what makes the movie appealing and had me interested in what happened because it was so damn weird and out there. Definatly nothing like it.
