Review of Rudderless (2014) by Kevin R — 15 Apr 2015
I've loved watching movies as long as I can remember and I truly cannot remember having seen a better movie. Yes, I am not a movie snob and will watch anything from a chick flick to a raunchy comedy and generally enjoy it but this is the best movie I have ever seen.
It's the most powerfully emotional movie since American History X. I am literally speechless and have no words to describe what I have seen. You just need to find a quiet night and watch it..it'll definitely be one of those times when you won't be able to do anything afterwards except to replay what you've just seen.
Billy Crudup deserves an Oscar for his performance. Surprisingly this movie has gone under the radar. I usually want to buy a movie that I rate 5 stars but this is the one case that I actually need to buy it.
Life changing.
