Review of Schindler's List (1993) by David F — 22 Apr 2018
This is a masterpiece with a well-told story, a completely compelling main character, and vividly created period detail. The horror of the Holocaust is brought to life throughout but it also shows the humane and courageous efforts of Schindler to save as many Jews from the death camps as he possibly could.
Liam Neeson really does a great job of showing Schindler's transformation from an ambitious go-getter and businessman to a selfless humanitarian who spends his fortune to save the lives of real people.
