Review of Scream 2 (1997) by Adam S — 11 Apr 2012

Exactly what a sequel should be. Ultimately an amp up, a continuation of a story and character ark, building onto that ark immensely without feeling overdone, but ultimately the best thing Scream 2 does is not loose itself in it's own joke.

It makes fun of sequels while making fun of itself, and has fun doing so. A hell of a lot of fun. I think the first film is better, but this is the most entertaining of the four and an extremely underrated sequel.
