Review of Searching for Bobby Fischer (1993) by Sean C — 28 Feb 2011
Little of it has to do with chess, but with the choices parents must make when raising kids. The ending is preposterous, but otherwise the most accurate film about the life of chess and kids out there.
On an interesting note, Josh Waitzkin never became a GrandMaster, proving that blitz and ethics will never prevail in chess. No matter how much acclaim you receive.
