Review of Sense and Sensibility (1995) by Ashley H — 06 Sep 2010
Dragged kicking & screaming to see this ... and loved it. Not a duff performance amongst them with Hugh Laurie's cameo a real treat. Rickman is on top form as is Thompson. Delivered to the very highest standard by one of the best directors of recent times.
The denoument, and Thompson's loss of control, will melt the hardest heart.
