Set It Up is formulaic, cheesy, and predictable and yet, it's the best romantic comedy in years. Scanlon transforms this simple, sweet story into a brilliant movie with immensely likable characters.
Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell have great chemistry and it made their interactions incredibly funny and adorable. Netflix just raised the bar way up and I truly hope moviemakers follow in its footsteps and create genuinely entertaining romcoms.
