The first Sharknado is so bad it's good. This one is also so bad it's good, but it's not as good as the first one, due to it being more bad. However, this state of being more bad does not translate to one of being more good than the original, which is, as stated, bad to the point of being good.
It's just less good. But really, all things considered, it's actually not too bad.
