Review of Sharktopus (2010) by Bethie W — 18 Jan 2011
Plot- Scientists create a half shark/half octopus hybrid and it is up to Kerman Bursin, Eric Roberts, and Sarah Lane to stop the horror! It was all too typical! 0% for the unoriginal yet superb plot!
Review- when I was young I used to look on IMDB, at Mr. Corman's profile and see if he was making any new movies, when he didn't have any coming out I felt that there would be no good movies for the rest of the year! Now I have seen Dinoshark, and I also have compared it to Sharktopus and.... Well Sharktopus takes the cake, that's all there is to say, I wrote about Sharktopus in my school newspaper and gave it a 4 out of 5 but this film I think, at most, deserves a 3 and a half out of 5! It has some good gore, Shandi Finnessey, and a cool looking creature! 20% for the Review!
Gore- Again, it had some good gore, but it wasn't a bloodbath! We get impalements, decapitations, some slit throat, devoured bodies, and little more! 10% for the Gore!
Music- Cheetah Whores all the way baby, they made the movie shine, but the rest of the soundtrack was too forgettable for me! 10% for the Music!
The Sum Up- it was Psycho Octoshark all the way and for what it was worth, it was a fun ride! 20% for the Sum Up!
