Shazam was surprisingly ok. Instead of focusing on what they did well (likeable characters, development, a good villain with a reason), they focused on all the bad things and made more of them (characters not listening to each other, the soft magic system, etc).
One of the "shazams" stealing someones baby cat and showing it to the others, cut to the cute cat, cut to the next scene, noboby asks questions, sums this movie up quite well.
