A really vivid take on the actual shootout that took place in the 90s, which is even more fascinating than the movie. The nature of many scenes and dialogues reflect heavily on some of the best Mumbai underworld flicks, which risks making the movie cliche, but it's the purported authenticity of the story and characters that gives it the edge.
