Shrek two is that rare example of where a sequel surpasses the original. Easily the best of the many follow up sequels and prequels in the franchise, Shrek two employs the use of its superb cast and writing along with the noticeable improvement to the quality of the visual effects technology to tell its story.
Despite watching it many times over it still has me laughing out loud nineteen years later. Looks and sounds great in four k Dolby vision in surround.
