There are not many sequels that can live up to its original. Sicario 2 lives up to the original. The original Sicario had an element of mystery to it as Emily Blunt's character gets played and supplies a voice of morality and ethics, with the characters established in part 2, it takes you deeper into the world of clandestine ops, Alejandro's character and the world of human trafficking.

Action sequences are finely crafted and it definitely leaves some open questions that can be answered later. Another gem from Sheriden with great performances by Brolin and Del Toro.
