Review of Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018) by Andrew R — 13 Aug 2018

This sequel doesn't quite match its predecessor, but is still a solid thriller worth watching for anyone who enjoyed the first one. That being said, not having Blunt in this one was really where this film failed - not simply because she gave an amazing performance in the first film, but because there was no character/actor in this one to fill that gap.

While Brolin and del Toro give respectable performances, it was just missing that extra something.
