So disappointing. The first was a hit and I was really looking forward to the second. Unfortunately Sicario 2 was unexciting and vacuous. The acting and cinematography were good, it looked like they had all the tools they needed, just couldn't pull it together.

I kept waiting for it to kick off, and it felt like the movie ended before it started; no feeling, no suspense, no story. When the credits rolled I literally said, "really... that's it?" The movie just felt like a long disjointed teaser for a third (actual) movie.
