Review of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014) by Yash B — 20 May 2017

While it borrows a lot of similar stylistic elements from the first entry, this movie falls flat when it comes to its story. I think hardcore fans of the first can find something to appreciate here, but it is a pretty forced sequel.

It tells different stories like the first, but they don't have any real connection to each other. The storyline that takes up most of the runtime of the movie, is the least compelling. I think it has entertaining moments but as a whole, the story is plain, despite the visually striking moments.
