Review of Small Change (1976) by Aaron M — 26 Jan 2008
Truffaut's has done so many films that I have loved (400 blows, Day for Night, The Bride wore Black) but this is my favorite of all. The combining of his love for film with children is something to behold.
The children actors are so natual in the way they comunicate. Could have been a light movie, but the ending provides a powerful point towards being a child in a world that looks down on them.
