Review of Smurfs: The Lost Village (2017) by Michelle L — 30 Apr 2017

I've seen it three times and know others who have seen it 4+ by this point. It is an incredible movie! Growing up, Smurfs was something I always watched as a kid. This is the movie us old school fans deserve and the future generations deserve to see and know. The animation is beautiful, the characters are all on model, the voices are perfect, spot kn for all of the characters as are their personalities! It's very kid friendly with only some minor things for adults. All of the characters are lovable here! It's not scary at all., no sexual inuendos, and the main focus are the smurfs. :) I couldn't be more impressed!

To those complaining about noise and kids in the theatre, it's a FAMILY/KIDS movie. What do you expect? People are going to take kids to it. Mind you some of the kids could be taught better manners for theaters. Still, thatis NOT the movies fault. Soundtrack is great! I just wish there was more merch,...and I wish the theaters didnt refer to it as Smurfs 3. It is it's own movie.
