Review of Snake Eyes (1998) by Richardsayre — 30 Sep 2021
SNAKE EYES: G.I. JOE ORIGINS is a middle of the road action flick with passable fight choreography and a fun martial arts story. Henry Golding is the obvious stand out here and without him the movie falls flat.
The little sprinkles of G.I. Joe lore in the second half are nice treats for fans of the series and gives one hope that maybe, just maybe, this franchise can be given a movie that is actually good.
