A really dumb and just plain awful animated movie that really doesn't accomplish anything other than decent animation and a decent voice cast. It honestly has nothing much to review, except that it probably will only entertain young kids.
It's not worth seeing unless you've got really young kids, and then they're are a lot better movies to watch with your kids, so.
