It is mediocre-at-best. The villain is your typical "Tony Stark shunned me so I want to prove my worth". It is not interesting anymore. Most jokes fell flat. It was just so poorly timed that it ruins the mood instead of being funny.
It also consists of "WTF" moments that makes no sense or makes the prior scene stupid. One example is Mysterio revealing Spider-man is Peter. When did he record that? It was poorly done. The part where Mysterio filled Spider-man with illusions was too "on-point" to be believable.
The movie had few good scenes but most of it is mediocre. 20/100.
