I'm not an avid follower and not steeped in Spidy lore.. and yet this is one of the best movies I've ever watched in my life. Fun, funny, self aware and with surprising emotional heft. It has a lot of things going on, yet it's able to take everything in comfortable strides.
Truly, a masterful piece of art that dazzles through all the different dimensions, literally (sound, art, production value, etc) and figuratively speaking.
