I didn't know much about this before viewing it, so was totally thrown for a loop by a certain "aspect" of the story.
It's hard to discuss this without going into spoilers. Needless to say, I don't really agree with the consensus on this one. The movie just annoyed me. A typical mans journey with somewhat atypical MPDG(movie trope: Manic Pixie Dream Girl. Check Wiki).
