Review of St Trinian's 2: The Legend of Fritton's Gold (2009) by Kieran C — 31 May 2010
The first St Trinians was arguably entertaining, if a little childish. This one attempted to recreate the anarchy and comedy of the first, and failed. I continued to the end and was even more dissappointed in the lack-lustre ending.
Arterton once again was good, although Firth was much less of a part as the first, and did not seem to be engrossed in the role. Overall a film suitable to waste an hour and forty minutes, but not good for pure entertainment.
