This is what creativity by committee looks like. At almost every creative stage the original concept became morphed into a series of checkboxes. Yes it looks and sounds nice on my 4k TV / surround system - but I felt nothing for the characters or scenario or the world they created.
Has Disney forgotten the basics of how to tell a compelling storyline? It's tiring to see the entertainment behemoth throwing money into a furnace on projects like this when for a fraction of its budget there is a team out there (somewhere safe from the suits and execs) with a real story to tell.
The 3/10 is for the artists who worked on this mess.
