Review of Stranger Than Fiction (2000) by Dave M — 04 Aug 2018
I really enjoyed this, and so did my family.
A very interestingly crafted film and very atypical of the type of project you usually see from Will Ferrell. This is a quirky fantasy with a cast that you would not expect to see in the same move all comes together here.,.
Once again, don't expect any Will Ferrell silliness -- he has a serious role. This is a well acted, touching and thoughtful story. Interestingly, it is Dustin Hoffman that adds the comedic touch in a small role, lightening an otherwise very serious tone to the move. The music is also terrific.
