I just got through watching Hell to Pay, its not that great. They're a bit too willing to kill off characters and the animation is about what you'd expect to see in an animated TV show not a movie.
The script is fairly lazy and boring for the most part. They take lines from a better Suicide Squad movie, Assault on Arkham. I'm probably never going to watch this movie again unless I'm EXTREMELY bored and even then I'd probably go to the Suicide Squad live action film before this.
