Review of Tag (2018) by Comandantecobra — 13 May 2023
Silly, annoying and empty movie.
It's story could be covered in a few line of script, so it could be an idea for a short cartoon of a few minutes length....maybe...but it's not suitable for a movie.
The (supposedly) fun part of the movie lies in unrealistic and exagerated chases of the actors that tries to tag each other; so we see fourtysomething run, grimacing, scream, make bold plans and do acrobatics ...just to play the game.
The film has obviously the mandatory and predictable sentilmental subtext about big-baby growing up, friendiship and the like.
I dind't endure to the end of this movie but It made me curious about the original story.
