I would have given it a little better rating if not for the subpar animation. Teenagers who want to be superheroes want to star in a movie about them, but they need to defeat an evil archrival first (at least temporarily until the sequel).
Even if the ordinary superheroes defeat them, they continue with their attempts. As a result, they defeat the evil balloon man utilising rap lyrics as their preferred weapon. Good parody of the genre all around.
