Review of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (2023) by Gargooletz — 08 Aug 2023

Screenplay is a bit lazy with a by the book structure and unconvincing character development for the sake of the story. Don't look for moving messages - it's a safe "become hero to be accepted" stuff. The pacing has some also has some issues.

But it's so fun! It looks astounding, has insanely creative designs, exciting and well storyboarded action, is full of cool likeable characters and jokes are plenty and land pretty often. It really embraces it's gross out aesthetics which is quite refreshing and I'm sure that I'd love it as a kid even more than now.
