Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines definitely doesn't live up to its two predecessors. But the movies is good enough to be called worthy in the Terminator franchise. I'm sad studio still continued without the interest of James Cameron, the dip in quality is noticable. The story is pretty good and the ending is actually consequential, which I liked. But some of the action is definitely over the top. Overall a pretty average but watchable movie.
