The action scenes and effects are great of course, and also the franchise is very interesting. Some of the jokes were indeed funny, but in my view the terminator universe is too serious to put so many jokes in it.
Also I didnt like the feminists scenes, where some men are shown so weak and annoying. Kate Brewster was annoying also, but T-X was convincing with her cold aura. Some dialogues were stupid.
