Review of Terminator Salvation (2009) by Rjmacready — 09 Sep 2020
Some decent early scenes gradually give way to a silly plot and a CGI Schwarzenegger. Not quite as bad as I remember from my first viewing...but still the weakest Terminator film in the franchise, at least up to this point (I still haven't watched Genesis, so wish me luck with that)! Ultimately, it's more like a second-rate Mad Max (with added robots) than a Terminator film, but not horrifically bad for all that.
It's certainly a darn sight better than Transformers; though I'm not convinced "McG" is much of an improvement over Michael McF-ing Bay.
