Felt like a movie that was made to send a poorly written and thought out social message and then slapping the Texas Chainsaw Massacre name on to reach more people in the horror genre. With its over reliance on CGI gore, it feels more like a poorly made fan movie than an actual studio backed sequel to the low budget but still well made and looking original.
Such a shame.
