With the cast line up like it was, I felt everyone was just not used to their full potential. but on the other hand, they did as well as they could with what they were given. a story of cat and mouse game between cops and killers and the outcome is predictable.

I'm not familiar with the story it's based on so I can't compare but the movie itself needed more work.
