Review of The Adam Project (2022) by Proofofconcept — 17 Mar 2022
If you're not expecting an award-winning blockbuster, this movie is actually really good. Great casting, good emotional depth, interesting story. And you know what - that's as simple a formula, to entertaining an audience, as you can get.
As a parent, I teared at many points. I empathise with the grieving son, the grieving mother, and the loving father. This one has a LOT of good heart, and I hope Reynolds continues to make heart-warmers (he seems to be doing a lot of them recently, think it's the fatherhood?).
