Review of The Anderson Tapes (1971) by Ted W — 19 Dec 2010
A nice change of pace for Connery and Sidney Lumet again shows why he is the king of the caper movie. Nicely detailed story of a caper gone bad (what other kind is there) with a tremendous supporting cast (introducing Christopher Walken).
The idea of the government watching and recording all this might have been necessary in the book, but becomes a bit intrusive in the movie.
