The autopsy of jane doe is a downright terrifying film that plays heavily on it's atmospheric setting then it does the "in your face horror". while there's two moments of jump scares, the movie tends to focus itself on destroying it's audiences' minds with it's uniquely revealed plot.
i'd definitely give this a watch if you're a fan of horror!
