This movie is garbage for your eyes and ears. The protagonist kid is incredibly annoying, with zero redeeming qualities and makes you want to root for the monster. The mother is a bland boring character who is frustrated (justifiably) with her annoying child.
The monster is barely present. You are just sitting through a movie of these two lame humans. This movie sucks, do yourself a favor and watch something else.
