A good movie does not mean a thick narrative and this is one of them. Sometimes you don't need a fast pace and this movie fits that perfectly if you just want to relax and watch something that's taking a slightly unpredictable path.
I noticed a lot of reviews complain about the accents but apparently those people haven't been around enough to realize accents very within States since so many people are transplants from somewhere else.
The accents didn't bother me at all. And the pace to me was just right because I guess I don't have ADHD. I thought the ending was pretty powerful as well.
