Review of The Banshees of Inisherin (2022) by Bdger — 30 Apr 2023

I don't hate dark comedy but I hate it when there's too much emphais on it. I really like how better call saul writers did it, people found the jokes funny because they weren't trying to be elaborately funny or edgy.

The characters felt hollow I didn't feel any sort of connection towards them. Remember in tree of life? characters didn't even convey their thoughts properly but you could really feel their emotional state really well, sorry but this film has failed to develop a single proper character.

Anyhow, the cinematography was excellent and probably the onlything I enjoyed.
